Sorry, I'm unsure where potential bugs go.

I'm still on turn 0 or 1, (haven't yet pressed End Turn)

Did a Decision that made someone happy. Anyway, what came up was interesting..

Third line says "dipClear +1 pts"

What's dipClear?

Also, I think "Basin" in spelled incorrectly (in planet Generation), says Bassins or maybe I'm wrong.

It might be something related to your relation with another regime. What event was it?

In the reports, you have a decision history folder. You can look it up there.
