Question about latest patch

I've been away from SE for a few months. From 1.05.0(previous patch) to 1.06.03(most recent patch) what big changes were made besides air units and counter air measures? I read through the patch list, skimmed some of it, and did not see anything else.

Besides that, just some minor fixes and some economy rebalance.
Also there's an "allow AI more time" setting now.
