[1.06.07] You have Won the Game Screen displayed after first round

The game does not end but just displays this at the end of the screens at start of the new round.



Edit: i'm seeing it in the following round too, so i guess when you do win you can keep playing.

Seems like a rare case where planetary setup went wrong and there is only 1 major player in the game. Right?
