I cant raise medium air CAS squadron

The title says it all, I have the model, tech, industry 2, and a level 2 airbase in said city.

Have you checked than you have enough resources/Logistic points/the model requires air base level 2 and not 3 or higher?

"Does not work" has never been a sufficient problem description [;)]

How are you trying to raise them? Where are you trying to raise them? What is happening or not happening?

I think medium aircraft requires a level III airbase.

Yeah. Each size requires 1 higher level of airbase.
