[1.06.10] AI extra time option inverted?

Nevermind. I was just confused for a second about the "allow more time" setting being called "slow AI processing" ingame. There's no bug here, I think.
The "slow AI processing" made me think you should disable it when you want a more powerful AI, because "slow" instinctively reads as if it is a hindrance, but it is the opposite.
