The WiTW Air Model is Brilliant !

Gary Grigsby’s War in the West 1943-45 is the most ambitious and detailed computer wargame on the Western Front of World War II ever made. Starting with the Summer 1943 invasions of Sicily and Italy and proceeding through the invasions of France and the drive into Germany, War in the West brings you all the Allied campaigns in Western Europe and the capability to re-fight the Western Front according to your plan.

I don't know exactly why the WITW Air Ops Model first turned me off (well, partly its complexity for sure) and caused that I gave up learning the game because now, after a little bit of practice, I find it absolutely brilliant and rewarding. It's a game in the game. I really would like to congratulate de devs for it.
Amazing job guys and sorry if I made any negative comments in the past (not too many I guess [:D]!
Hope others in my case give it a second try. It's definitely worth it. )

It's "okay". Too abstract for my taste.
God made man, but Sam Colt made them equal.

I had exactly the same feeling in the beginning, but after learning the system, I also think it's brilliant
