v1.09 Weather change?

I played two games in hotseat to learn something about the changes in the v1.09.
In both games i had no cold weather turn in 1940 and rain or heavy rain till june. The first clear weather turn was 07.june. Never see before such a long bad weather in my games.
Has someone else noticed something similar or has something been changed in the weather calculation?

Weather has not changed. It's just variance.
