[1.06.10] Are SAM Launchers supposed to be this expensive?

I was messing around with the debug settings, and I noticed the ludicruous cost of SAM Launchers. Are they supposed to cost this many machines? The fact that the machine cost value is equal to the IP value makes me think it could be an oversight.

Agreed. It is about 4x-8x times more expensive than i planned it to be.
Will be fixed asap in next open beta.
