Game settings need prominent "save button"

Game settings need prominent "save button"

Started up War Plan 1943 game, version 9.
Opened settings and turned off music and turned on diplomacy.
Played game, and saved it. Next open, game music ON and diplomacy OFF.
After several more turns of the same did I notice the obscure "save" button at bottom of settings. Please fix, either heighten color or enlarge "save' button, or pop-up question "save settings?" at settings exit.

This happened me too as I hadn't seen the save button the first time.
But once I noticed that the settings hadn't saved, I assumed I had missed something and found it.
Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things.
