[1.06.10] Former friend spams science treaty offers during war

In my currently ongoing game, the two AI majors on the map started right next to me and each other. At the start of the game they both wanted to be buddies and offered trade, research and immigration treaties, which I accepted, but later on one of them largely wiped out the other and I decided to finish the game by picking a fight with them, and called off the research treaty. Since then, they have requested a Scientific Joint Effort treaty every turn and this has continued to happen even after I attacked them, in spite of the ongoing state of war between us.

The game in question was started in 1.06b2.

Interesting... could you send a save game to me where the AI redemands scientific joint effort in the next turn?
