[1.06.05] Radiation filters not showing in Model design log

Yup. That's it. I thought this should be integrated in the design log?

IIRC, radiation filters are like Sideskirts - tehy are always added for free on the next design pass.

I know, but side skirts are shown in the model design log, RF are not. It seems to be a bug.

Improved this Tech's mouse-over. Its an immediate effect on all equipment. They are considered immediately installed everywhere. Much like the improved ammunitions tech's for example.
