Is there any way to change dialog windows position?

They appear in top left part of the map. And I am unable to drag them by "conventional" means. I have a huge curved monitor and my neck is getting tired

That feature is not available for WarPlan. Why? Because I am not that skilled of a programmer when I made the system and a complete overhaul would take too long.
