Just bought WIF, I would like to download v3.20 because my friends like that.

Dont know that one, but the last stable one was [PC] Update v03.00.02.00 (May 14, 2019) . If you want it, it is in the download page, in case you got the number wrong.

Yes if you can download that update from the members club, there is still an accessible hot patch in the main forum stickees that should get you to the version you want.
