Naval Pathing does not go around known enemy mines?

No wonder the AI ships get torn to pieces by them. This should be an easy fix?

But the worst is getting your own ships blown up by your own mines in your own waters because of AI auto pathfinding which somehow chose to route your ship precisely through that one hex with mines [:D] .
