GAME ENGINE Changes
- Fixed a tournament scoring issue that did not record points during the progression of the game, versus just assigning at the end of the game.

EDITOR CHANGES
- Fixed a Properties screen issue that did not save changes to any edited unit strength, supply, entrenchment or experience values.

1939 Campaigns
- German AI may now invest in diplomacy to swing a neutral but pro-Allied Finland towards the Axis (Mithrilotter).
