[1.06b10]HiTech production not doubled by Industrial Robotization

Researching industrial robotization doubles IP and Machines output but not Hi-Tech output.

This is bad, because the required amounts of Hi-Tech for tank guns are ludicrous. A light plasma gun for a light tank requires 10 Hi-Tech, while a level 3 Hi-Tech Factory only produces 22 a turn!

I am agreeing the hi-Tech cost for those plasma guns is to high. Making changes for next beta. thanks for sharing your thoughts.
