unable to install 4.02 beta

Hi,

Can you please look at my posts on this thread, near bottom of page 2? I'm unable to get 4.02 beta installed. What shall I do next?

Try contacting Matrix customer support. This problem seems to be external to the program/game code.

The support group is much better informed about these kinds of problems, since they could occur in any of their games, not just World in Flames.
