Soviet Winter Offensives Scenarios

Post by rob89 »

hi all,

given that, IMHO, one of the biggest limit of WitE 1 is the Soviet AI just after Barbarossa, or, more generally speaking, the impossible mission for the AI to manage a campaign scenario, I'd like to know if in WitE 2 there will be scenarios for the Soviet Winter Offensives (1941, and Uranus / Saturn in 1942), to play as OKH vs a decent Soviet AI.

I well know that everybody are focused on Barbarossa, but I think that also a reverse situation, with OKH under pressure, could be very cool!

thanks in advance

There are three scenarios that start in late 1942:

- Red Army Resurgent - a 17 turn small scenario covering the south including Op URANUS.
- Red God of War - an 11 turn small scenario covering Op MARS but also including Demyansk.
- Stalingrad to Berlin - a full campaign starting on 19 Nov 42 and covering to the very end.
