Bug Italian Expeditionary Force in Russia

I am playing a PBEM game, as Axis
Around July August 1941 I got to make a choice on whether I wanted the two italian corps and HQ in Russia
I said yes, they appeared normally and immobile
The next turn I got proposed the same decision again, with the 3 units having seemingly disappeared, so I said yes again and it placed them
The next turn, exact same thing
Then the 4th turn I didn't get the message and was allowed to move them
Any idea of what could have caused this?

It must be a bug in PBEM.
The Italians always show up in Russia normally in my games but they are single player only games.
I think best to post bugs in the tech forum so the engineers can handle it.
I wonder if other PBEM players noticed that problem with the Italian expeditionary force?
Is this your first time trying PBEM with this game?

Hi Terkaza1,

This is an odd one for sure. Your description of the 3 units having seemingly disappeared almost sounds like the turn was replayed? Is this possible? e.g. did it feel like you were still progressing or was there perhaps a glitch with the server where you were actually playing the same turn over again a few times there.
