[1.06.03] Too little transport in Motorized/Mechanized Storm Grenadier formations

As stated.

The battalions of the Motorized/Mechanized variants of the Storm Grenadier formation have 80 transport/armoured transports, respectively.

However, with 600 infantry, 100 RPG, 100 machineguns and 10 artillery they need 90 transports in total.

The regiment and division sized formations have excess transport capacity, so there's no issue there even if the units suffer a few losses.

This has been documented in the past. (See items in red in the image below.)
I thought someone had said it was corrected in one of the patches, but if you're still getting the issue perhaps it's not completely fixed.
