First allocate part or all your production to replacements.
Second, for each unit, assign priorities to repair / upgrade the ones the most critical to you.

And third, if you still have few production points, buy few supply trucks for the units that need to recover some efficiency.

Guessing my question is "how much" to allocate .......

I know is an unfair question .... but looking for a range of what might be considered typical or extreme ..... currently at 50% for reinforcements .....

Sure would be nice to have a game function which would identify what resources are needed to rebuild each/all units followed by upgrade costs

There is no real answer to this. It depends on the situation. Let's say you are late 1941 most probably in Russia.

Are you still on the offense?
Have you lost few units? Do you need to build more units to replace the losses or just replacements?
Are you ready to upgrade to a 1942 tech level a bunch of units?
How is your supply trucks' stockpile? The incoming blizzard will impact a lot the effectiveness of your units.

50% of your production is a good start but you need to adapt.

Your idea is good but there is not enough room in the window. But, working it with tooltips, it may work.

There has to be some selection process if you want those chosen units to specifically reinforce and/or upgrade. It was just a thought.[8D]

Your YouTube video's are quite good .... had not seen them earlier ....

Would be nice if the Game allowed us to resize these windows .... Not sure why they're fixed

Your suggestion is a good one .... One other solution, which I've suggested in the past is to add a export feature (like Witp AE or War in the East) to provide a data dump in *.csv format and allow the us to generate this expanded view of things .....

You play WITPAE? Just getting into it having more time now. My head blew up when I saw the Krull set up. Bought it when it first came out and work got in the way of me playing it. Go figure, I've only played the Coral Sea scenario.
The export of data would be awesome for sure. The program is getting better all the time so the different size dialog boxes may be a WP2 thing. Who knows.
