Questions regarding messages window

The one thing I prefer from CMANO compared to CMO is the event window always displaying everything and not having collapsed messages.

I tried using it on a secondary monitor, but it always collapses when switching sides. Is there any workaround to

A) have all messages uncollapsed

or

B) when using it on a second monitor not exit when switching sides
