Beta 10U23 Luxembourg DOW bug

Testing the new Beta patch, I found this weird situation after my first turn, in which I declared war on Luxembourg.



As you can see, the game is activating Belgium into the Allied side after Conquering Luxembourg as if the axis declared war on the Netherlands.

Here is the diplomatic pannel after turn 1. As you can see, Netherlands is still neutral (no DOW), but still the game activated Belgium due the DOW on Luxembourg, like is there was a DOW on the Dutchs.

This is normal. The briefing states Netherlands or Luxembourg.

Then a mistake from me about the DOW, but stil the flavour text need to be changed to avoid confusion.

This is good...I found it wrong to get to invade Lux whenever a side felt like it with no diplomatic effect.

I would hope that if the Allies invade there is some sort of penalty?
Not sure if Belgium would declare war but it should not be that the Allies can attack neutrals with no effect but if the Axis does then they get a DOW.

I am pretty sure that Belgium and the Netherlands would then be concerned that they would get invaded by the Allies for their own good.
