Slow file download/cannot play the game

Anyway... The issue might be fixed... And it is very weird. It also explains why only I was affected, but yet on every computer I tried it on

I also had an issue with Shogun total war and on a discussion group there several people had the same issue. Basically it seems that the latest Windows update messed with the
IME (Input Method Editor) . As I have a computer that supports Japanese language the IME is important. The solution was to go back to the previous IME.

I think it is fixed (will be sure tonight after I get the turn but I was able to run the previous turn). I do thank everybody for their suggestions (I was able todo the turn files, just not the combat results).
