Is there a way to find or export Leader stats so comparisons and changes can be tracked?

You can sort the leaders via the Management -> Leader view. Including any conceivable stat.

No ability to export it that I know off.

Yea, I know about the different ways to view but I want to export and do some data sorting, etc. I would also like to be able to print the Leader stat page but it is very cumbersome using Paint.

Why not use the Windows Snipping tool insteads? It has been around for a few decades...
