Major Regimes quit showing up in Rep->Regimes section

This is the second game this has happened to me in. Both times happened mid game. Now I can only see minor regimes, but there should be a few majors shown as well. It's challenging because now I can't see their tech scores or who they are at war with.

It also happened on a 1.05b9 mp game

I think this should have been fixed with one of the latest v106.X open beta's.
