Please make sure you have installed:

1. The game engine

Location - Default game location folder which is usually.... C:\Program Files (x86)\Matrix\WarPlan

OR

***Steam Version***

Location - Default game location folder which is usually.... C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\WarPlan

2. The game scenarios
