PBEM++ server warning?

I don't understand the email notification saying I have downloaded some turns multiple times. Does it mean I have to finish a turn in a single download? Can't I move some units, save the turn, and come back another time to move other units?

Key "Shift S" -> You save the game. But it quits, game sent the turn to a cloud and the program ends. Once your start again you strat where u endet

Key "F12"-> Your end the turn and your opponent start his turn
