Naval Bombers: Why no morale reduction?

I think of Japanese Nells and Betties that were used as both naval and ground attack bombers?

It may be that Maritime Bombers model things like Emily's more than Nells & Bettys (which are really modeled by medium bombers).

One possible interpretation. Note many of them could carry torps.

Maybe the ship crews welcome the AA action to break up the boredom so the fun action counters the terror of bombs dropping on them.
