Number of men, vehicles and guns display

Post by BRedgie »

In the Sunday of the Dead: Battle of Sidi Rezegh and High Tide at Alam Halfa scenarios the Italian and British men, vehicles and guns in a hex can be displayed but not so for the German. How can I fix this?

Are you playing with the latest update? I believe this was fixed awhile back.

I am playing BRedgie in the Sidi Rezegh scenario and we are both using version 1.0.5 which I believe is the latest. I think if you check other scenarios you will find the same issue with the Germans for both single player and multiplayer. Thanks.

Here's the quick fix. Open the scenario in the editor. Select File/Save. Exit the editor. Done.

I am running Windows 10 and looked in My Games/Desert War. There is a editorMaps but don't see editor. How do I access editor? I also clicked on scn and see that there are two Sidi Rezegh scenarios, one 19 KB and the other 279 KB. I assume the smaller one is the multiplayer one?

Hopefully this will all be corrected in the next update. In some scenarios the German numbers are displayed, but not in others.

I looked in My Games and only see a editorMap. Where do I access editor?

We found that after we both did the fix that we couldn't continue our PBEM game and had to start over. When BRedgie issued a new challenge I found it odd that it did not display in the Games box until I clicked on Accept. This is the opposite of other Matrix Games we have played where the games waiting to be joined all show. I initially thought that for some reason the challenge was not set up and even issued my own challenge. How do I get rid of my challenge since I ended up finding BRedgie's challenge by clicking on Accept? Thanks.

I figured out how to delete my challenge and we are now in to the challenge that BRedgie set up.

I don't have a clue (dumb artist). Maybe St. Ruth can shed some light.
