Can't get supplies to Finland

So I've been trying to ship supplies to Finland every turn since May 41, it's now Aug 41 and none have got through. Zero.

Sometimes there have been Soviet subs/naval on the convoy routes. Sometimes not.

For a little while Germany was lacking 1 MM, but that's fixed. Still nothing getting through. The convoy is on. The convoy route on the map shows the resources should be flowing. But nothing arriving.

Any ideas why this should be happening?

Works for me in the '42 scenario.

Try setting up the '42 scenario hotseat, then set up a convoy, see that it's working, and then compare all the factors to your '41 game.

You need to post a screenshot with supply toggled on because I don't know what you are meaning exactly as the Finnish supply issue is fine in the games I am playing.

I'm talking about shipping oil from Germany to Finland. They are going through the Baltic sea route. The number of resources is correct when I hover the cursor over the sea lane. But nothing has arrived for 10 turns in a row. The convoy route has no alerts on it on the convoy screen.

What screenshot would help exactly? I'll take one when my next turn comes around.

Ok, managed to muck up the screenshots!

Only have this one to show:

You can see the weather is fine (remember, this problem has persisted from April-Oct, so no blizzard encountered.

You can see bottom left 8 resources travelling via baltic route (this is German oil to Finland)

The soviet sub can be ignored for all intents and purposes - it is not raiding currently. No convoy attacks this turn.

Germany is maxed out for MM, 26 needed, 26 supplied (number in white not red)

Yet this turn, and every single one before it, none of the oil has arrived in Finland. The Finnish airforce has been grounded for all of Barbarossa.

Any ideas why?

Yea Sweden takes 25 of those MMs to transport Iron Ore.
If you also have Norway there is another 2.

So if you have only 26 MMs....

But shouldn't the game be telling me that I lack the MM to fulfil my convoy requirements?

Here is Germany's current convoys:

And here is Germany's production screen. MM is maxed, but not showing red (ie, not showing a lack of MM)

So neither screen gives me any indication that I lack MM, or that a convoy is not able to fulfil? No warnings in the beginning of turn reports either. Is this correct?

Just bumping this as I've not been able to supply Finland with any resources/oil all game and we are into 1942, no matter the weather/no matter the amount of MM available, etc.

Would any screenshots help locate the issue?
