[allied/USSR] I had planned to invade and conquer Persia with the USSR and setup accordingly to do that even as early as 1939. However, the unexpected fighting over the Bessarabia claim completely derailed that thought. The issue now is to how to get those units out and into the Balkans; which isn't easy with the USSR and CCP sharing 5 land moves an impluse.
