Japan is one of the few nations in the game (and in the world for that matter) to have/operate a series of underwater fixed arrays. This chapter from a book gives insight into how it differed from its inception in the 70s to as recently as 2015.

It doesn't give exact coordinates for the land stations or the sensors themselves, but by searching the names of the towns they are located near the stations, you can get a decent idea of where they should be placed in a scenario.
