[1.07.02b]Wierd designlog entries

Having just finished a Buggy Model in b2, I noticed something odd:
"Movetype Overrule: 2" with the description "MOVETYPE=Wheel for RocketLauncher".
But a buggy is not a Rocket Launcher.

Under Recon points it says "Better Recon for APC", but a Buggy is not a APC
