Any idea of modify the default scenarios?

I've heard that some old game such as Advanced Tactics: Gold has a very powerful tool to make your own scenarios. Is there any similar thing in SE?

Nothing yet.

All games are created from a savegame/scenario file. And for a lot of udpates, he actually has to replace this scenario file wholesale. Way to much data is contained in that one file and the savegames.

Thanks. I mean could I edit it by using any scenario builder from old games? Just like the game Cites XL can modify Cities XXL.

Not to my knowledge.
While it and a bunch of other files are really just a .zip file, it does have a password. No idea what it is.

Yep. And I don't want to try any more. It is too hard for a translator. I am not a cracker or hacker.
