MULTIPLAYER GAME BUG

Hello, my name is Raul.

We are currently playing a 7-player multiplayer game with version 1.23.06, we are in January 1805, France has finished doing the ground combat, France being the last power to do the ground phase and when the turn ends, instead of starting the February diplomatic phase, asks Russia to make the ground phase again.

I would like to send you by mail the save of my game, which is the host's in case you could tell us where the failure is

V1.23.06? Or do you mean v1.23.07 with the hotfix applied? That's the latest version. Please verify, and ensure all players are using the same version. I suspect someone may have a different version and that may be the issue. Your game is at the first turn, so it may be easier to get everybody updated and start a new game.
