Reinforcements for Persia and Algeria

Play: Solo, AI Allies

Unable to place Reinforcements for both Algeria and Tehran.

Actions:
Both have Supply Status of 5 in their Capitols,
No enemy units adjacent to either,
Have moved out any unit present in the Capitol, so that placement would be possible there.
Unable to place units there or any other City/Town/Village.

Note: With regards to Algeria, the Capitol is currently Oran with no enemy units adjacent, I was able to place a Garrison unit there.

Oran: Sorry, I re-looked at the Supply of Oran, it is 3.
Tehran: Supply Is 5.

Thanks and it looks like that would explain the Algerian units, and then also why the Tehran unit looks like it cannot be purchased. The bug here is related to the Algerian units, which disabled the 'OK' button, and then doesn't refresh when you get to the Persian unit. It is actually enabled, but still shows as disabled. If you mouse hover over the OK button when you get to the Persian unit, it will correct itself and you can then press OK to place the unit.

I'll fix the bug though for the next update.
