Cargo load

Post by Chris21wen »

Is this possible?

Same TF at the start of two consecutive turns, top earliest. Originally it had res loaded as showm but accidentally change the load to supply. later I added another xAK.

Looking at the capacity figures, instead of unloading the TF and reloading with Sup it appears it has loaded it over the exisitng Res load.

I didn't know this was possible and what happens when it's unloaded?

You have changed it from CS to Human control. That seems to have cleared the previous internal flag.

You would need a coder, looking at a saved file, to check it properly.

I actually doubt that things happened as you think they did, but I would need more info to try to unravel it, and even then it probably would be a large degree of speculation on my part. For example I suspect that you had the CS carrying resources one way and supplies on the other trip. That however is not clear from your two screenshots. Another hint is that the supplies listed in the second shot would approximate the unused capacity left from the resources on your first screenshot.

Not really important, just curious. Not as if Japan is sort of res anyway.

Yes, you can load Resources and Supply on the same ship. IIRC you can also load Fuel and Oil on the same ship. Screen shows only one type, but I am guessing it is still there, and will be unloaded normally. I have done it few times, but never cared to actually check what exactly was added to port.

Having unloaded the TF, Sup went first then next turn it was unloading Res.
