Game doesn't let Belgian new homeland to Congo

The game offers Belgian Congo and Paris but doesnt let you select Congo.

Using your saved game, I selected Belgian Congo as the new home country with no trouble.

Steve, I have encountered similar issues in the past. I beleive part of the difference here will be you probably walk through the save as a solo game or H2H. As a Netplay game you get the game locking Up.

This seems to be two different issues.[&:]

Jose said the possibility of choosing Belgian Congo wasn't offered.

You said the game "locked up".

Sorry, if I recall well, it was there but not available. For me that was "not offered", but if that makes a difference, it was shadowed or something and didn't let me select it but it was there.
