There are no Securans as a playable race, so I'm guessing there is no ship set for them.

I just now see the races which will be at launch. Its ok. The fine folks here are likely to mod something akin to them in within a month. Gotta hand it to the DW modding community!

So the Zenox are the technocracy? Boskara are Hive mind?

You can choose your government type after you choose your race, with some types being specific to some races.

I like that they are focusing on fewer but more fleshed out races this time. Even with the community race pack that did some overhauling on making them more unique in the end they all more or less played the same with a few minor exceptions. They can bring in more races as expansions and as stated the modders will no doubt be busy as soon as they can get their hands on a working copy.
