Sub attack: which convoy gets attacked?

Which of the three convoys gets attacked in this situation and how is it decided?

I heard that it was least MPP convoy to greatest MPP convoy.

The convoys should be read by the game engine randomized each turn, so even though there are 3 along that same line, they'll be read in by the code in a random order each time which helps to ensure that not necessarily the same convoy is raided each time by raiders.

Once a convoy is fully raided for value, the next raider (if there is one) will move on to the next convoy in the list.
