unable to delete old save

unable to delete old save

At the end of every turn, after autosaving I get a message saying 'unable to delete old save'. Does anyone know why this is, whether I should worry about it, how to fix it, if so...? Thanks.

Were did you install the game?

Yes. I'm just thinking that. Win 10. It's in...Program Files/matrix Games. I'll try moving the install to C?
