All lending agreements have become mandatory 4.2.1.2 (Debug),10,0

All lending agreements have become locked in and cannot be change.

Also is there a way to fix this so we can keep playing?

Found where they are in the save and managed to copy and past from a good save. No idea how it just happened though.
