Did you know that Bogota, Columbia has an average year round daytime high of 75 F and an average year round low of 55 F. [:D]

Not necessary. I'm in Ohio. And even though I'm pretty much used to cold weather, from 30 years in Massachusetts, the temperature 🌡 is starting to get to me. Old bones....GP

Ah yes, the damp cold. I would much rather have the dry cold. Try wearing nylons, they are the warmest thing to wear as the bottom of many layers. What is fashionable is what keep you warm and comfy in your old age. Although Ohio does not get all that cold . . . [;)]

Also, think young thoughts as that will help, state that you can do it. But never, ever shovel the "Heart Attack" snowfalls.

For Arthur itis, try Glucosamine Chondritin as it is supposed to help. That and a litre of Jack Daniels . . . [;)]

Still mostly pleasant "Winter" temperatures here in central NC, with highs around 50F. Hit 65F a couple of days ago. [8D]

My big complaint is that it's been raining almost every day and it is preventing the builder from digging and pouring the foundation for our house. [:D]

True, the wind is the worst. But the Jack or something else can bump your coffee or tea to help bring the core warmth to the fingers and toes after you enter your man made cave and enjoy the tropical temperatures. [;)]

Somebody who had lived in Bogota told me about going to the lowlands to go fishing for some panfish. He told me that they were chunkier than bluegill but did not state how good they were to eat. He said that they could not catch the big ones because they bit through the steel hooks . . . [X(]

Here are a couple of photos of the property where our new house will be built. The first was taken on 9/4/20, after the road was put in and before any of the land was cleared.

The second was taken on 1/20/21 with the front part cleared and graded, and the footprint of the house staked out. Just need all the rain to stop for a while now.
