i cannot buy any games

ive tried using all of my 5 credit cards
i have two different login accounts

all 10 options will not result in a sale
ive tried the help desk..no help

i want to buy this game when it comes out.

i want to buy the two add ons for tigers on the hunt(kurks-normandy)...couldnt buy either one

i want to buy battlefront from SSG.....could buy it.

can i call in orders..and you just put the games on my page...next to almost a dozen others

or have you guys 86'd me for good...and my money is no longer good on this site

If you already tried the help desk without success, could you please give me a reference to your ticket so that I can follow up and investigate?

They are equipped to walk through the store orders with you and see what is preventing the order going through.

Sorry dude, but how does this relate to the WitE2 forum?
And what should the WitE2 devs/mods/fans do to fix your credit card issues?
And what kind of solution by the customer support do you expect to fix your credit card issues? (And I'm not asking about your reasoning for 5 credit cards...)
And paypal allows forwarding the money directly from your CC, so have you tried it? Then Matrix/Slitherine doesn't have to deal with your messy CCs and everything is good.

Thanks, I will follow up and find out what's going on with your order. Have you tried more than one browser and/or PayPal yet?
