10U7 - Canadian supply oilers

Just wondering why Canada keeps its supply oilers. Canada fleets are UK ones.

And this supply oiler seems not in the pool of UK.

All right, I have received my PBEM turn. This Canadian oiler can't be used even by a 100% Canadian fleet.
