Install problem

Dear sir
Install problem. When I install the game on my new PC from my matrix account the program ask for a disk 2 halfway through – and is stuck. How do I finish the installation?

You have probably installed the program on the Windows desktop. It should be placed in a separate folder.

If you still have this problem, contact Customer Support - they are really good at helping new players get started.
