Disappearing Save Files

Disappearing Save Files

Ok, having an issue with save files disappearing. Last save turn I can find is the Axis turn 80. I've played several turns since then, made sure auto save is on, checked to make sure it is saving. BUT, after I close the game then go back in, the save files are gone and the latest is the turn 80. I've saved, exited the current game, then reloaded the save files from later turns and they are there and load fine. But if I close the game, then restart, the save files are gone. Steam version of course. Any ideas?

Resolved. Only thing I can think of was some issue with Steam and syncing game files to my PC. I kept making back-up copies of the turn files and all seems well now...
