No declarations of war.

Land: France, China
Combined: USA, USSR
Naval: CW

No port strikes. No naval air.

Naval Moves:

USA:
The battleships in Norfolk sail for San Diego.

CW:
A lot of CPs leave port to establish convoy lines all over the Atlantic, and Indian Ocean.
A lot of convoy escorts leave port. Including one CVL, and two BB.
TRS + HQI (Plymouth) -> Lorient
CV (Aden) -> Red Sea
CVL (no air) from Cape town to Gulf of Guinea.

No strategic bombing. No Ground Strikes.

Rail:
USSR:
AA (55, 54) -> Leningrad

Land Moves:

France:
6-4 INF Brest -> St-Malo
3-2 ART Strasbourg -> Metz
HQI (Bilotte) 56, 31 -> 55, 32
2-3 A-A 54, 31 -> 55 ,32

USSR occupies Eastern Poland. US congress in uproar and demands action to be taken versus the Soviet Empire. 4 rolled and one US entry chit removed.

Both September, and October, is Autumn months here. And I wouldn't be surprised if October is both the windiest, and rainiest, month. November is often the darkest month, although December has challenged that lately.

Edit: Although Sweden is a bit to the North of most of Europe. [:D]

Germany, Japan and Italy all take combined actions

1 Naval air mission by Germany
Adding He115C to 2 box in North Sea

Italy moved another CA out to East Med to protect its shipping

Japan's other naval move was to sail remaining Trn and a CA into China Sea and load up units from Sasebo

No need to send a save for naval searches. In my humble opinion that is.
