We have observed that thois bug not always happens if you have too many losses for the number of ships that can take them.

However, since this issue has appeared many a time, we seem to be inducing that it seems to happen much more when there are subs or Convs involved, in case it may give some light into it.

I have fixed this. I expect to upload Hot Patch version 04.02.02.00 later this morning (Hawaii time).
